If, like me, you’re keen to learn the powerful analytics system that bolts onto Salesforce, Einstein Analytics (EA), then you’re going to need some help. Fortunately, the Salesforce ecosystem abounds with free learning tools, and this is also true for EA.
Here are some resources that I have found helpful so far:
TRAILHEAD
I completed all 13 Trailhead badges around EA and played around in my dev orgs a lot. Select “Modules” and select “Einstein Analytics” under Products.
COMMUNITY
I have become engaged in the Einstein Analytics group in the Success Community, and have found this group to be incredibly helpful and supportive.
YOUTUBE
There are a lot of great materials on YouTube. Search for “Wave Analytics” and “Einstein Analytics” and you’ll find a ton of useful tutorials. For example:
